Looking back on South West Leadership Conference in Denver, Colorado!?? With over 900 collegiate officers and volunteers in attendance, this past weekend was filled with inspiration, connection and growth alongside sisters from across North America. From insightful sessions to meaningful networking and celebrating our achievements, every moment reinforced the power of this sisterhood. ?? ? We’re already looking ahead and can’t wait to do it all again at North East Leadership Conference this weekend!

?? Meet Claire Winter (Beta Delta-UCLA): Professional soccer player, leader and legacy ?? From the soccer field to the Alpha Phi house, Claire Winter has embodied the spirit of resilience, leadership and sisterhood. As a collegiate athlete at UCLA, Claire balanced the demands of Division I soccer while continuing her family legacy in Alpha Phi, following in the footsteps of her mother and aunts. “Joining Alpha Phi was the best thing I could have done for my game,” Claire shares. “It gave me a space to decompress and connect with incredible women.” Her time in Alpha Phi not only shaped her personal growth but also honed the communication and leadership skills that now guide her professional soccer career. Currently signed with a new team in Lexington, Kentucky, Claire is excited to play in the inaugural season of the USL Super League. With aspirations of joining the USWNT Olympic roster for the 2028 Games, she continues to inspire young girls and pave the way for future generations in women’s soccer.
