Please join us in welcoming Daniel E. Sowders, Ph.D as our new VP of Business Development for Emerging Markets! Daniel brings over 10 years of successful BD experience across multiple federal agencies, including the United States Department of Defense. He’s also an adjunct professor at University of Maryland Global Campus, making him the second professor on the TSG team, Reha Malik. Before transitioning to BD, Daniel served in the US Army as an Intelligence Analyst, and he holds a Ph.D. in Homeland Security Leadership and Policy. On a personal note, Daniel is a true adrenaline enthusiast—whether it’s racing motorcycles, go-karts, or cars, if it has an engine, he's ready to race it! Meet Dhani Ramadhani, our new Capture and Knowledge Management Director at Alpha Omega! Dhani is a proud Harvard Kennedy School graduate with an impressive track record across the public, private, and social sectors in the US and Asia. Her expertise spans data analysis, partnership management, and digital innovation — all geared toward improving people's lives. "I’m passionate about using data-driven decision-making and digital innovation to create meaningful change," Dhani shares. Before joining Alpha Omega, Dhani served in key roles, including as Growth Operations Knowledge & Analytics Director at GovCIO, and as Contracts and Proposal Manager at LCI, the largest employer of Americans who are blind or visually impaired. She was also the first Indonesian with a social science background hired by McKinsey & Co Indonesia, and contributed to innovative fundraising strategies for the UN Women’s HeForShe campaign.
