We are thrilled to announce that Alpha Mechanical received three Certificates of Recognition in honor of the 2024 Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Excellence in Construction Awards! Here are the highlights: P-1024 Navy V-22 Hangar: This project involved constructing a 131,000 SF aircraft maintenance hangar and adjacent structure to accommodate two squadrons and executive staff. Alpha provided Design-Assistance and dry-side HVAC systems, including cooling/heating and ventilation solutions. Edgemoor-SNF Renovation: Renovation of an existing healthcare facility owned by the County of San Diego. Alpha managed various upgrades, including cooling towers, HVAC systems, ducting, structural modifications, and electrical upgrades, while ensuring minimal disruptions to staff and patient care. El Rodeo Elementary School Seismic Renovation: Complete mechanical replacement for a historical public school in Beverly Hills. Alpha installed new HVAC systems throughout the campus, including chillers, boilers, exhaust/supply air systems, ductwork, and building management controls, all completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
