Yesterday, I had the opportunity to tour the Philadelphia Distillery along with Ozzy Burgos. Thanks to Aaron Selya, Director of Operations, for an informative tour of the distillery, and to Rachel Nally, Director of Environment and Sustainability, for a great discussion on the steps Heaven Hill is taking to reduce it's carbon footprint company-wide.
