Last week we hosted our very first student panel, featuring leaders from various organizations!?? These young professionals gave us personal insight on navigating college, facing imposter syndrome, and provided tips on how to overcome challenges! Our panelists also shared how ALPFA has supported them in their professional journey and the impact of being involved!?? Hello Everyone !!! Last week we had our first event of the semester! During the event, our members participated in a game where they could relate to similar events and/or emotions and bridge with one another. We also had the e-board present individually so our members could meet and know our e-board more personally!?? We also went over the opportunities and connections within ALPFA such as our ALPFA convention, scholarships, and connected professionals. Lastly, we introduced our new program, Advancing Individuals through Mentorship which is open for Freshman, Sophomore, and Juniors ?? AIM is designed to provide peer mentorship and guidance to a member by one of our e-board members and an opportunity for the mentee to be a part of the e-board in the future ??? We appreciate you all for coming out and wanting to grow and learn this semester! We can’t wait to see you all soon!!! ??
