Today, Denver Business Journal released an article about The Red Hotel in Morrison, which breaks ground next month and is scheduled to open in Spring of 2026. The hotel is being designed by Root Architecture, which will also serve as its owner operator once it is open for business. The Red Hotel will feature triple-paned Zenith series windows, which provide increased sound attenuation so all the hotel's guests can enjoy a good night’s rest.
