Today marks a historic moment for Air Canada Pilots and for our union. A little over a year ago, they made the decision to merge with Air Line Pilots Association and began their first contract negotiations as an ALPA carrier.? ?? A lot of hard work went into negotiating this agreement, and its ratification represents the democratic process that defines the work of our union. The unity of the Air Canada pilots combined with the solidarity of our international union during the negotiation process yielded the largest contract in Air Canada history, worth almost $2 billion in added value for their pilots.?
