Highgate Hawai'i is delighted to announce the appointment of Bryan Fonseca as the Revenue Manager for 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. Bryan will report directly to the Complex Director of Revenue & Distribution, Chad Senescall, CRME. Bryan joined the 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach 'Ohana as a Revenue Analyst in 2023, brining extensive experience in optimizing pricing strategies and enhancing hotel profitability. With a background that includes roles as Hotel Manager & Revenue Analyst at Hotel La Croix, as well as managing client billing and treasury operations at Accommodations Plus International (API), Bryan is well-equipped to streamline pricing and inventory management strategies at 'Alohilani. His data-driven approach and proven ability to drive revenue growth makes him a valuable asset to our team as our new Revenue Manager. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, hiking and occasionally indulges in his passion for soccer or Formula 1 racing, often accompanied by a bag of Harvest Snaps Green Peas. Paulette will be reporting to the Director of Rooms Garrett Wong. Paulette joined the 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach Ohana in 2023 as a Guest Services Manager, where she showcased exceptional service, leadership and dedication. Her implementation of effective strategies significantly streamlined our Front Desk operations. In her new role as Guest Loyalty Manager, she will oversee programs and initiatives aimed to enhancing customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty within our organization. Angelina's career progression, which include positions such as Front Desk Agent and Reservations Manager has equipped her with a diverse skill set that has culminated in her current role.
