We're proud to partner with organizations like ProjectVision and Maui Lani Gynecology, who are making a real difference in our Maui communities. Our partnership with Project Vision and their Executive Director Darrah Kauhane led to the development of a grant for the new Maui Kupanaha Medical Respite Center for their peer support program. This is an important step towards improving access to vital care! In 2024, we worked with Maui Lani Gynecology's founder Dr. Stacy Ammerman to produce a grant to assist in the expansion of their services, addressing critical healthcare needs. We are proud to be committed to ensuring everyone has access to the care they deserve.

?? AlohaCare Foundation: Our Kuleana to Hawai?i ?? As a nonprofit health plan, we consider it our kuleana, or responsibility, to serve as stewards for the betterment of our community. The AlohaCare Foundation is a realization of our commitment to community giving since our inception in 1994. By strengthening Hawai?i’s safety net, we help local families receive the care and resources they need. As our most vulnerable face hardships from natural disasters, rising inflation, and economic challenges, we continue to seek ways to elevate the health of all who call Hawai?i home. Yesterday marked the 2025 Take Down Tobacco National Day of Action. Despite the ongoing challenge of tobacco, our community is committed to protecting our keiki and loved ones from nicotine addiction. Students, parents, families, teachers, elected officials, and the general public convened to support and advocate for our youth and those around us. Let's continue to fight and stay tobacco-free!

Artist Kepola Dudoit creates flowers, people and even the Hawaiian Islands using tiny strips of color paper, and a technique called “curling.” Kepola’s custom piece for American Savings Bank took months to complete and can be found in the lobby of its Campus. ?? Since then, Kepola has been featured in ASB’s Lo?i Gallery, which highlights the work of local artists multiple times a year. Proceeds from the gallery go to featured artists and 20% is donated to the rotation’s nonprofit beneficiary. Learn more: asbhawaii.com/loigallery. ?? American Savings Bank Lo?i Gallery ? We're so excited to announce that our company's annual support for March of Dimes is underway! Yesterday, we began our efforts to champion healthy pregnancies and strong babies. Last year, we were incredibly proud of our team's amazing fundraising success, and we're hoping to build on that momentum this year. A special mahalo to Candice and Carly for their incredible partnership and the genuine compassion they bring. We'd love for you to join us on April 19, 2025, at Kakaako Waterfront Park for the March for Babies walk or contribute by fundraising.
