    Big day today along our journey with Inspectify. I'm excited to share that Aloft - An Inspectify Company will be joining Inspectify as we continue to expand our platform for all things inspections, underwriting and now, appraisals and valuations. As a fellow Seattle proptech company, I've had the?opportunity to get to know Travis and Aloft team over the past few years and even collaborate on a few unique products. I've been extremely impressed with the platform they have built and super excited to continue to build upon that foundation. I am thrilled for the journey ahead of us. The combination of Inspectify and Aloft makes sense on so many fronts, and I'm sure more will become evident in the weeks ahead. I'm excited to celebrate this milestone with my teammates, both old and new. To our new Aloft teammates, welcome, and thank you for joining us. To my Inspectify teammates, thank you for all that you have done to get us to this point. I'm excited to continue our journey to unlock the API of real estate.

  • Depreciated Cost vs. Regression Clients are increasingly asking for documented and supported adjustments. But where do these numbers come from? We have several methods, like paired sales, regression analysis, and depreciated cost. Regression analysis is useful but has its issues. It needs a lot of data to be effective and struggles with fewer transactions. The landscape of real estate appraisals is evolving rapidly, and in less than 2 years, we'll be working with a completely new format. Today, let's take a closer look at the new UAD Cost Approach section. This section introduces several changes that require careful attention from appraisers. While Appraiser Toolkit already manages these aspects efficiently, we are continuously evolving our tools to align perfectly with these updates. Here are a few key points to consider: 1. ???????????????????? ???? ?????????????????? ???????????????? ????????: Our detailed integration with our cost service and image recognition technology will help you provide this commentary with ease. 2. ???????????????????? ???? ?????????????????? ??????: Similar to above, there are multiple ways to derive a property’s effective age, and Toolkit has the answer. ?????? ???????? ???? ?????????? ???????????? ?????? ??????????????????????! The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) has been updated with new essential documents, including the Lender Readiness Kit and guidance on Functioning without Form Numbers. By 2026, form numbers will be phased out. In less than 2 years, we’ll transition to a new reporting system, impacting all form fillers, order management systems, and appraisal-related technology.
