This past week I got to spend a few days in Phoenix at the NAIRC (North American Independent Rep Council) lovingly planned and organized by MRL. It was exactly what I needed to energize, learn and inspire me about our awesome industry! It was amazing to see some old friends who always inspire and impress me like Michael Isaac, MS, Assoc. IIDA, EDAC, LEED GA, Caleb Tollen and Kurtis Michela as well as meet some new friends that I'm excited to get to know better like Laura Gibson-Balder and Jennifer Rae. A huge Thanks to MRL Jeff C., Laura Carlson, Jim Palmitier and the whole team who worked so hard to organize this event!! #mrlrepsrock
