This week, we hosted our quarterly AI Day for more than 1,000 teammates, with educational sessions focused on ways to make work more efficient and how to develop new use cases to support our business, all while staying on top of lightning-fast change. We welcomed a special guest to the conversation, Dan Priest, U.S. Chief AI Officer at PwC. Speaking about emerging AI trends, one important insight about talent stood out. A self-described “AI optimist,” Dan said that having internal leaders who can inspire confidence and encourage upskilling among their teams remains a critical element to enterprise AI adoption. “AI should be inclusive of humans. They should see themselves at the end of the journey with a value prop, a reason to be involved. We are just over here reflecting on this year’s Ally ACC Women's Basketball Tournament… This year, we had the highest attendance since 2009 (more than 70k!) and wanted to get everyone involved, so we included the Ally Maker’s Station in the Player’s Lounge, where players created custom tote bags with empowering patches and pins. Fans enjoyed the Ally Digital Dribble, unique photo opportunities with custom-painted basketballs by artist @Makayla Binter, and the chance to take pictures with the official Ally ACC Women's Basketball trophy. We also donated $100 for each three-point shot made during the Semifinals and Championship games, benefiting local nonprofits. At Ally, we believe that women's sports are enjoying more than a moment -- it's a movement. We are dedicated to advancing equality in sports through intentional and impactful programming. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this tournament unforgettable!

This February, we proudly celebrated our Black African American ERG Focus Month with our theme, "Better Together," which truly embodies our mission to further nurture Ally's inclusive workplace culture. Here are some tips from Jack Howard, Head of Money Wellness at Ally, on how to communicate with your loved one about finances: ?? Avoid bringing up tough financial topics when either of you are stressed or distracted. Choose a comfortable and relaxed setting – the goal is to make the environment as stress-free as possible. ?? Start with empathy and avoid using emotion-based words but do state your desired behavior change. ?? Acknowledge that money can be a sensitive topic and express your understanding. Allow your partner enough time to gather their thoughts. ?? Use “I” statements to express your feelings and concerns without sounding like you are accusing them.
