Job Posting: $17 to start. Duties and requirements for the?Janitorial Maintenance position include but are not limited to: Keeping the office and shop areas clean, orderly, and in good condition Trash pickup and disposal from in the office, shop, and outside Skilled at minor repairs and routine maintenance (repairing sinks, toilets, changing light bulbs, etc.) Comfortable with heights and non-temperature controlled environments Ability to read a tape measure and identify basic parts (nut, bolt, rivet, and washer) Working knowledge of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, drills, etc) Able to drive a forklift (not mandatory) Reliable Task-oriented problem-solver Self-starter Able to work as a team or independently Hours: 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM Monday-Friday, 30 hours total Pay Rate: $17/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-term Disability Qualifications ?
