Our programs enable youth to transform their communities, financial abuse survivors to rebound and thrive, communities to strengthen and rebuild, and nonprofit leaders to serve with excellence. The Allstate Foundation isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating meaningful systemic change. For that reason, we focus our efforts on four areas so we can use Allstate resources to make the biggest impact possible. Our four primary programs are: ? Empowering youth, which aims to empower future generations with the strength, confidence and skills to rise up as leaders and realize their full potential. ? Ending domestic violence, which uses financial empowerment to break the cycle of domestic violence. ? Community leadership, which empowers the Allstate agency force and employees across the country to give back to our communities – and honors their volunteer service. ? Nonprofit Leadership Center, which gives nonprofit professionals the tools to take their leadership skills to the next level, helping to strengthen their organizations and the communities they serve.

Last week, The Allstate Foundation hosted a Family Service Day, inviting Allstaters and the young people in their lives to volunteer at the Chicago, Charlotte and Dallas offices! We packed more than 600 boxes of school supplies for local students! Allstate Dallas volunteer Jasmine shares, “the children did a great job! We met new people, volunteered together, and learned about other service opportunities.” Thanks to everyone who volunteered!

This week, more than 90 volunteers from Allstate and Bumble Inc. lent their skills to partner with 19 culturally specific nonprofits working to disrupt the cycle of relationship abuse. Fawn Ruiz from Harambe Social Services shares her experience: “They heard and saw us, and gave us a comprehensive plan to implement our strategy confidently. To receive this in such a short amount of time was incredible."
