Nick never experienced anything like the Startup Challenge. This four-day business hackathon, hosted by Intrapreneurs@Allstate, gave him the chance to help innovate our customer experience. After interviewing experts, as well as everyday folks in downtown Chicago, Nick's team pitched an idea that would better personalize renewal communications, so customers feel Allstate truly has their back. Nick walked away with a wider Allstate network and new skills to grow his career. "Insurance may sound boring on the outside, but it is actually a fun environment to work in," he said. We’re grateful for our catastrophe team and local partners for being there when it matters most. Meet Juliet, Bjorn, and Sydney, the volunteer Allstate therapy dogs at our Mobile Claims Centers in South Carolina. Juliet’s owner, Lorien, shares how her St. Bernard brought relief to customers after Hurricane Helene, while they were filing their claims. "It was wonderful to be able to provide a reprieve." Our Allstate team is committed to supporting those affected by the hurricanes. Together, we can help to rebuild.
