We’re so proud of our soccer team in Ukraine! If you haven’t yet, make sure to follow their journey.
Why did we create FC SeaSters? Because Odesa needed a women’s soccer team.”?— Oleksandr Androsov, President of FC SeaSters Recently, SeaSters President Oleksandr Androsov spoke on the American radio station Ethno FM, in the program “Good Evening, We Are From Ukraine.”?During the interview, he gave an in-depth look at the club’s creation, its social initiatives, and his vision for the future of women’s soccer in Ukraine. “When I was Vice President of FC Chornomorets, it always bothered me that Odesa, a city with such a strong soccer culture, didn’t have a women’s team. Women’s soccer in Ukraine was — and still is — underestimated and overlooked. I wanted to change that.” The Idea Became Reality In early 2023, right in the middle of a full-scale war, we had the idea to create FC SeaSters. I spoke with the leadership Mikhail Trubchik of Allrise Capital, our general partner, about developing women’s and youth soccer in Odesa and across Ukraine. They supported the idea immediately. Within two months, we held our first tryouts. That summer, SeaSters played our first official match. And now, just a year and a half later, we are already competing in the Premier League?— the top division in Ukraine. How did we build the team? We started with open tryouts, bringing together players from all over Ukraine — Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kyiv, and of course, Odesa. After several rounds of training camps, we built a solid squad of 24 players. Every six months, we keep strengthening the roster. Today, we are proud to say SeaSters is already one of the top 4 teams in Ukraine’s Premier League. Why the name ‘SeaSters’? We wanted a name that reflects who we are and where we’re from. ‘SeaSters’ highlights our bond as sisters and our connection to the sea — a symbol of Odesa. It’s short, modern, and memorable, just like our team. What’s behind the design? Our logo and uniforms are more than just colors — they tell our story. The green represents the soccer field, the blue is the sea, and the wave symbolizes both the energy of our fans and the sound wave of their support. More than soccer. SeaSters is not just about the game — it’s about community and purpose. One of our biggest social projects is our free girls’ soccer school, where over 200 girls (some as young as six years old) are already training. This is our investment in the future of women’s soccer in Ukraine. We also actively support Ukraine’s Armed Forces, raising funds through charity matches, events, and campaigns. For us, there is no future for soccer — or for anything — without victory for Ukraine. Looking ahead. Our goal is clear: to make women’s soccer in Ukraine mainstream. Right now, very few people even know women’s soccer exists here. We want to change that — by raising awareness, bringing matches to TV, and building strong connections with fans and partners. #WomensSoccer #SupportUkraine Full interview in Ukrainian — see the link in the comments!

We are always honored to welcome our dear friends at Task Force Antal · Humanitarian Action to Chornomorets Stadium in Odesa, Ukraine. As the attacks on civilian infrastructure continue, so many Ukrainian families and communities are forced to live under the constant threat of danger, making it more important than ever to be prepared for the realities of war. We deeply thank Task Force Antal for providing life-saving medical training to civilians, stadium staff, and our FC SeaSters soccer team. Their work focuses on addressing the most preventable cause of wartime and trauma-related deaths—severe bleeding. Through hands-on training, participants learn essential emergency skills, from applying tourniquets to dressing wounds and managing injuries under pressure. These trainings give people the knowledge and confidence to step in when every second counts, saving lives and bringing hope in the darkest moments. Thank you for your dedication and compassion. We at Allrise Capital are proud to stand with you in this vital mission. Christine Quinn Antal Mark Antal

Allrise Capital had the honor to host special guests at the private luncheon. Beyond the project’s core mission, Ukrainian veterans, Mariupol defenders, and freed prisoners of war Oleksandr Didur and Dmytro Morozov attended a private luncheon with U.S. military officials in Washington, D.C. They were welcomed by David Baldwin, a Retired Major General, a loyal friend of Ukraine, and an Independent Consultant to our team. He has been a strong advocate for providing Ukraine with advanced Western weaponry. Taste of Freedom is a new project with DC-based Dog Tag Inc. to help advocate for the release of Ukrainian prisoners of war and raise international awareness about their ongoing plight. The winner of the project presented his cake which can now be bought in Dog Tag Bakery established by the U.S. Veterans Foundation in Washington to prepare his signature “Cossack Honey Cake.” But this is more than just a dessert—it’s a story. Dessert sales will include a card with the name and story of one of the Ukrainian prisoners of war. Each sale will thus help raise awareness about the ongoing situation facing Ukrainian prisoners of war, and support their eventual release and rehabilitation.

Allrise Capital at Ukrainian Week 2025 in DC! We were honored to present our exhibition showcasing Allrise Capital’s charitable projects in Ukraine. We brought attention to the devastating impact of the war on sports in Ukraine. Yet, despite these challenges, we have established and continue to expand meaningful soccer projects that we are incredibly proud of. Among them are FC SeaSters —the champion team founded during the war, tuition-free SeaSters soccer schools for girls in the Odesa region, and our charity initiative providing soccer cleats to Ukrainian children with support from our American friends Josh M., Sohira M, Task Force Antal · Humanitarian Action. We were also honored to present a flag from Ukrainian first responders—a heartfelt symbol of appreciation for our assistance in delivering a fire truck and ambulances to Ukraine in partnership with Chris Manson from the US Ambulances for Ukraine and to the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, Dmytro Kushneruk, Ukrainian American House. Grateful that hundreds of attendees at this major event had the chance to see these meaningful initiatives firsthand. A special note: This year, Allrise Capital is an official partner of Ukrainian Week, Washington DC 2025. #AllriseCapital?#SeaSters?#UkrainianWeek2025

Bridging Borders: U.S.-Ukrainian collaboration supports Chornomorsk community ? A recent initiative in Chornomorsk showcased the power of international collaboration, bringing together local leaders, humanitarian organizations, and U.S. businesses to address urgent needs and empower the community during these challenging times. ? The initiative featured a hands-on first aid training session led by Task Force Antal · Humanitarian Action, a U.S.-based humanitarian organization founded by U.S. Army Veterans Mark Antal and Christine Quinn Antal. Mark and his team of Veteran volunteers taught students from Chornomorsk Lyceum No. 7 essential skills for responding to injuries caused by explosions or shrapnel from their Front-Line Emergency Medicine training program. To enhance their preparedness, 30 first-aid kits were distributed to the students to keep. Thanks to Logistics Plus Inc., Jim Berlin, Derek Berlin vital medical supplies were delivered to Chornomorsk Hospital, boosting its capacity to provide critical care. This contribution builds upon earlier donations made to a military hospital in Odesa. Notably, the donation of medical supplies to Chornomorsk was part of the sisterhood between Erie, PA, and Chornomorsk, a bond that has grown stronger thanks to the leadership of Chornomorsk Mayor Vasyl Huliaiev and his dedicated team, as well as Erie Mayor Joe Schember. ?? "In Chornomorsk, we saw firsthand what dedication looks like. The hospital staff welcomed us like brothers, and the head doctor wasted no time getting us where we were needed to deliver supplies. The impact, the innovation, the sheer will of these people is something to respect", emphasized Mark Antal, Founder of Task Force Antal. This collaborative effort marks the continuation of a successful partnership between Allrise Capital, Task Force Antal · Humanitarian Action, and Logistics Plus Inc., who have repeatedly joined forces to support Ukraine. Local leaders such as Oleksandr Tonkoshkur (a member of Chornomorsk City Council), Serhii Soltyk (Director of Chornomorsk Hospital), and Ihor Lubkovskyi (First Deputy Mayor of Chornomorsk) were instrumental in making this initiative a success. The delegation also visited the "Chornomorsk for Victory" volunteer center to explore further ways to extend aid to the broader community. Task Force Antal is a U.S.Veteran-founded, Veteran-led humanitarian action non-profit.? This organization exists to engage Veterans’ carefully honed skill sets in conflict zones where civilians require help that is otherwise unavailable to them.? This is lifesaving work for both the Veterans and the civilians. ? A special thank you to Task Force Antal and Logistics Plus for making this critical initiative possible. This collaboration underscores the tremendous impact of partnerships, demonstrating how much can be achieved when organizations and individuals come together to support those in need.

American Soccer Cleats for Ukrainian Girls: First Shipment Arrives in Odesa The first shipment of professional soccer cleats from the U.S. has arrived for the young players of Odesa’s SeaSters Soccer Academy. This initiative was made possible thanks to Josh M., a U.S. military officer and strong advocate for Ukraine, and business professional Sohira M. Josh has been working to establish partnerships with U.S. soccer clubs to ensure a steady equipment supply. His commitment to the cause is driven by his deep support for Ukraine and his personal connection to women’s soccer, as his daughters are passionate players. Thanks to these efforts, BRYC Elite Soccer Academy and Loudoun Soccer Club, two Virginia-based clubs, joined the project and donated the first shipment of cleats. The shipment was successfully delivered thanks to the amazing team at Task Force Antal · Humanitarian Action, who made the logistics possible. This project was launched by Mikhail Trubchik, COO of Allrise Capital and the founder of FC SeaSters and SeaSters Soccer Academy. As a social initiative, the academy provides free training to girls aged 7 to 14, empowering them to play soccer despite the challenging circumstances they face. Until now, the girls had been playing in regular sneakers, which often led to injuries. If you’d like to support this project, contact us or contribute to our fundraising efforts. Together, we can help these girls get the equipment they need to train safely and confidently!
