This week, ProMach completed six regional sales meetings across the US and one international meeting in Riccione, Italy, where our sales and marketing teams came together to collaborate and exchange valuable insights! These meetings served as a platform for discussing key initiatives, sharing best practices, and refining our approach to delivering the best solutions for our customers. Recently Tim Schurr and the team at Stock America validated Temperature Distribution profiles on various container geometries STOCK AMERICA installed a production size ImmersaFlow sterilizer at the Clemson University Food Science Lab, led by Dr. Scott Whiteside. They were able to realize a 4-6 minute Come Up Times (CUT), with as little as a 2° F spread between the load's geometric center to perimeter.
