The contractor shall be a qualified malacologist as described in the Ohio Mussel Survey Protocol for mussel relocation. The contractor shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following. 1. Physical reconnaissance of the areas that may be impacted. 2. Survey and relocation plan development from concept to approval. 3. Relocation effort via SCUBA/supplied air and support vessels.
