Project Update: Topanga Canyon Apartments Progress continues at Topanga Canyon Apartments with drywall installation and exterior skin work underway: Drywall Installation:?Interior walls are being framed, drywalled, and finished, creating defined spaces for each unit and enhancing soundproofing, insulation, and fire resistance. Exterior Skin Work:?The building’s exterior is being wrapped in protective and aesthetic finishes, such as weather-resistant barriers and cladding, providing both insulation and a sleek, finished appearance.
