1ThirtyOne Motorcars required a facility as remarkable as their vehicles. Our team supplied the steel components for their 50,000 SF space, encompassing a showroom, warehouse, and restoration shop. The Green Acres Nursery & Supply facility in Melissa, TX, is built for durability, efficiency, and long-term success. Spanning 117,000 sq. ft. and completed in May 2024, this space supports both operations and customer experience with a strong, reliable structure. For this project, Alliance provided 24-gauge Alok-16 roof panels for the clearstory and side entrance, delivering both aesthetic appeal and weather resistance. The lower sections feature 22-gauge B-deck roofing, ensuring the strength needed for daily operations. Like the nursery itself, this facility is built to thrive for years to come. Construction is progressing on the new Great Plains Kubota dealership off I-35 just south of Highway 9 in Goldsby, OK. The 24,000 square foot facility will include a 10,000 square foot office, showroom, and parts space along with a 14,000 square foot shop built to support Kubota’s full lineup of equipment and service needs. Structural work is advancing, and key areas of the facility are beginning to take shape. Special thanks to our valued partner, Clark Construction, for their continued commitment to high-quality work and for capturing the progress. More updates to come as we move closer to completion!

The CHK Central Boathouse stands as a striking landmark in Oklahoma City’s Boathouse District, blending rowing, art, and music into a one-of-a-kind facility. Designed by Rand Elliott Architects, this 18,000-square-foot space serves as the home for UCO Rowing and a hub for creativity and performance.
