We have made significant progress toward the repositioning of 1 Innovation Drive in Plymouth Meeting from a vacant single-story office building to a fully conditioned, flex/light industrial building. Capital improvements and leasing are well underway! Prior to commencing base building improvements, we leased approximately 48,000 SF of the 143,000 SF building to two tenants, Donnelly's Home Comfort Specialists and Nevro. The base building improvements are scheduled to deliver by the end of October and include the addition of 15 loading positions, new HVAC units, demising, warehouse lighting, and new restrooms.
