Alliance Health Centers provides high quality primary medical and behavioral health care for people of all ages. Focused on your health, we believe everyone deserves the best care possible, regardless of ability to pay. A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify. Alliance Health Centers' goal is to provide education and help manage your health at all stages of your life by providing access to high quality primary and behavioral health services. Translation services are available as needed. Also, a certified insurance navigator is on-site at Alliance Health Centers to assist individuals in determining eligibility and enrolling in health insurance coverage such as Medicaid. We are conveniently located in southeast Fort Wayne at the corner of Lafayette and Pontiac within the Lafayette Medical Center. We are accepting new patients and welcome walk-ins. Since the inception of Alliance Health Centers in 2020, I've been honored to be a part of this incredible organization. Over the past few years, I've witnessed firsthand the dedication and passion of our amazing staff, who truly embody the spirit of serving our community. At Alliance Health Centers, we're more than just a healthcare provider – we're a family united by a shared mission to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for all. From our sliding fee scale for patients under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level to our comprehensive primary care, OB/GYN, and behavioral health services, we strive to meet the diverse needs of our community. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, I'm filled with pride and gratitude for the incredible impact we've made thus far. However, our work is far from over. There are still countless individuals in need of the compassionate care and support that Alliance Health Centers provides.
