? We had a productive and eventful week at The International Air Cargo Association TIACA Conference in Miami Beach with our airline and vendor partners! The week kicked off on Monday with the AGI team participating in a golf outing, combining business with some fun on the green. On Tuesday, Warren Jones represented AGI on the spotlight stage, he spoke on regulatory and business challenges facing the air cargo industry. Throughout the conference, we connected with our customers, networked with industry partners, and had meaningful conversations with those interested in future partnering with AGI. Today, we want to recognize the exceptional dedication and service shown by our team members, Jenell Leiataua and Mohammad Anwar Atayee, in supporting a Sun Country Airlines customer during a particularly challenging time. ? The customer shared how Jenell’s calm and compassionate approach not only helped navigate a complicated travel situation but went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, including personally walking the customer to their hotel, securing snacks, and even providing Tylenol for relief. Anwar’s support and teamwork helped to accommodate the customer's experience as well. ?
