Biggby Coffee at N162 Eisenhower Dr. in Appleton is having their grand Re-opening on Monday, Feb. 10th and is welcoming everyone to stop by! ? ?? Alliance Construction celebrated the new Green Bay location for Tara Nyson and her team last summer and a few short months after, in a remarkable turn of events, the project manager for that build was in the drive thru getting her morning coffee at the Appleton location when a car came crashing through the building causing significant structural damage. Our employee jumped into action to help call 911 and stayed to secure the building, ensuring everyone's safety. You can always count on Alliance Construction to help pick up the pieces in your time of need! After months of dedicated work, our team has rebuilt the facility, making it better than ever. We are happy to see Tara and Biggby Coffee reopen its doors and continue serving the community with their fantastic coffee and warm atmosphere after this unplanned and stressful closure of their business. Exciting times for the Sister Bay Parks Department! ?? This week, we at Alliance Construction had the honor of breaking ground on their brand-new building, marking a significant milestone for the community. The new facility will enhance the ability to serve and support the vibrant activities and events that make Sister Bay so special. As a design-build contractor, we pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence and commitment to quality. We’re elated to be part of this transformative project, with the innovative design provided by our talented partners at McMahon Engineers/Architects. Village administrator Julie Schmelzer, along with Trustees LOUISE HOWSON, and Kurt Harff, and Park Supervisor Erik Linczmaier, ceremoniously turned the first soil, symbolizing the start of this exciting new chapter. The parks crew are eagerly anticipating the new building and the improvements it will bring to their work environment. We celebrated another groundbreaking this week for the new Odyssey Climbing and Fitness located in the Town of Grand Chute! It was a family affair with three generations coming together to celebrate this milestone. Attendees even had the chance to get a taste of the action by climbing the portable rock wall, adding to the excitement of the day! This will be the Odyssey's second location, with the first one in Green Bay. As the general contractor we are honored to be part of this incredible journey to bring top-notch climbing and fitness facilities to the Fox Cities community. Our team is dedicated to delivering a state-of-the-art facility drawn by our partners at Gries Architectural Group, Inc. This facility will cater to both seasoned climbers and beginners alike.
