A little wind didn’t hold us back! After months of working with the City of Midlothian to rezone the site from agricultural to planned development, Oncor Electric Delivery , KDC Real Estate Development & Investments Alliance Architects, Inc. and F.A. PEINADO, LLC celebrated a successful completion of the new distribution center at Railport Business Park with a celebratory ribbon cutting ceremony. The nearly 422,000-square-foot, LEED-certified build-to-suit industrial facility sits on 60.7 acres in Midlothian, about 31 miles southwest of downtown Dallas. Oncor is the largest electricity transmission and distribution company in Texas serving more than 13 million customers in the Lone Star State. This 36-foot clear-height building includes a cross-dock configuration with significant amount of warehouse storage space along with interior offices, a break room, training rooms, lockers and restrooms.
