If you let the emotional highs and lows of sales control you, you can come across as an overly aggressive sales rep. In sales, when a deal closes, it feels incredible. When it doesn’t, it feels awful. You can’t let the highs get you too high or the lows get you too low. It’s not easy. It’s hard to do. Walking the middle ground is necessary, though. As I remain neutral, I build better client relationships. I can take that consultative approach in sales and offer meaningful and valuable advice to prospective clients. Clients like having an opportunity to buy; they don’t like feeling forced to buy. That burns relationships. Take the struggle of sales in stride. Don’t be hasty. Be consistent, mindful, and neutral.?

Here are some questions you can ask to tell which agency is worth their pepper or not: → Can you provide me with any case studies? → Do you have testimonials you’re able to share? → Where the SDRs are located? → Are they dedicated to one company or multiple? → What technology do they use? → Where does their contact data come from? → How is your reporting relayed back to you? → Do they provide you with call recordings? I want to hear them on calls, offer coaching live, and give them feedback as often as possible. ? That seems impossible in a remote environment. ? It’s not. ?
