Last week we celebrated the things we are thankful for and this team is at the top of the list. It was a wonderful time of food and fellowship to ring in the holiday season. Yesterday, we came together for an all-day leadership summit where our team reflected on our strengths, acknowledged areas for growth, and brainstormed about the future of our company. One of the highlights of the day was an exercise where every team member filled out 10 notes sharing what they were grateful for and the wins we’ve had as a team in 2024.
