I'm pleased to share Allectrify's latest case study highlighting a recently closed transaction. A few highlights: ?? $1.6MM in C-PACE financing will support a range of building energy improvements (heat pumps, energy-efficient windows, solar panels, low-flow plumbing, and lighting upgrades). ?? Three Rivers Bank of Montana was able to complete this financing with their one-person energy efficiency lending team with the support of Allectrify's FASTPACE platform. ? The financing closed less than six months from the borrower’s initial indication of interest in C-PACE. ?? This is the first adjustable-rate C-PACE financing closed under the Last Best PACE program. It is my great privilege to announce the newest Allectrician, Lainie Rowland, who joins?Allectrify?as our Director of Programs and Partnerships. Lainie comes to Allectrify from the New York City Energy Efficiency Corporation (NYCEEC), which is NYC's green bank and #CPACE program administrator. Lainie is an all-star whose cross-functional strengths include PACE administration, transaction management, and program design & implementation.
