Seriously disappointed with the amount of added sugar in so-called 'healthy' protein supplements. ?? As a nutrition coach, it's a constant battle. Herbalife, Shakeology, and Weight Watchers... why the unnecessary sugar?! It's like eating a handful of cookies with a tiny bit of protein. This isn't helpful for anyone trying to lose weight. Stop that sh** - be intentional and know that the only way you fail is if you QUIT. And you're no quitter. Speak to yourself like you would speak to your best friend.
