151 N. Franklin is a 807,000 square foot world class office tower located Downtown Chicago in the North Loop. All American installed the hot fluid applied waterproofing by American Hydrotech, Inc. throughout the project which features a rooftop sky garden and lush green roof, and even includes a beehive that is overseen by a local Chicago beekeeper. The installation on a high rise presents many challenges such as logistics of loading materials and coordination of various complex details. ?
