Employee spotlight! Celebrating 3 years with ATHR, HR Consultant and Team Lead, Carrie Lynch! Carrie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources primarily in the manufacturing industry. She is a graduate of Western Washington University and attained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2008 and her Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015. She has opened two aerospace manufacturing facilities and brings experience in multiple areas of Human Resources including: HR management, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, training, employee engagement and continuous improvement. When asked what she likes most about working with ATHR, Carrie responded, "The ATHR team! We have a fantastic, collaborative, supportive team with a wide range of experience, knowledge, and education. Additionally, I enjoy connecting with clients of different sizes in different industries and learning about their businesses. Employee spotlight! Celebrating 3 years with ATHR, Administrative Assistant, Laura Smith! Prior to joining All Things HR, Laura spent the last 20 years as an HR Professional. Having held the position of HR Director in the construction and manufacturing fields, she has a variety of knowledge regarding HR functions. Laura is passionate about Human Resources and helping individuals reach their goals. Her goal is to provide the up most support to the team at ATHR. Employee spotlight! Celebrating 3 years with ATHR, Senior Recruiter, Chavell Gunner Shaffer! Chavell has extensive HR experience in a wide variety of industries including Information Technology, Media, Consumer Services, Manufacturing and Risk Management. She enjoys partnering with clients to help them with their staffing needs, assisting with finding fantastic team members to help the company meet their business goals. When asked what her approach is to recruiting, Chavell responded, "I take a consultative approach and ensure I look at each project holistically. There are typically ways to be very creative within each process and customize it to the client. I sincerely enjoy building each new client relationship and learning about their particular business and needs.
