On the road this week at a paper mill. One motor was pulled for bearing issues. This is a great opportunity to test the motor health electrically before sending them out for bearing replacement. In the images below I used the portable (2lbs.), battery powered ALL-TEST Pro 7 PROFESSIONAL instrument. It took me 5 minutes to test both motors ground wall and winding insulation. #motorcircuitanalysis, #papermill, #paperindustry, #maintenance
