Mike's journey originally started at Summit Refrigeration years ago- and since his return in April 2024, he has been a crucial team member, having been with us for over 10 years! 🔧Role and Responsibilities: Mike's days vary from service calls to preventive maintenance and new system startups. He enjoys mentoring apprentices and solving problems before they escalate. 🤝What He Enjoys Most: Mike loves seeing the tangible results of his work and building strong customer relationships. 🥃🧑Personal Insights: Motivated by his family, Mike enjoys spending time with his two boys, gardening, canning, and savoring a good bourbon or whiskey. 🌟Achievements: Mike is proud of his involvement in the CHR -65F freezer projects, from learning as an apprentice to mentoring others. 💃🕺Team and Culture: Mike values the camaraderie within the service team and fondly remembers his first Christmas party with Fred's memorable dance. ❓🙋♂️Advice: Mike advises newcomers to learn from their journeymen and ask questions. He draws inspiration from colleagues who stay calm under pressure. 🎉Fun Fact: Mike is straightforward and takes himself less seriously outside of work.
