We’re just a week out from Camp Homefront, and we can’t wait to see you there! We know that traveling together, especially for something like this, can bring up all kinds of stress. Nerves, uncertainty, even a little frustration—it’s all normal. But here’s the deal: don’t let that be the reason you back out. You don’t have to show up ready to spill your guts. You don’t have to participate in everything. Just come, listen, take in what’s useful, and enjoy the time together. There will be great food, good music, solid information, and—most importantly—camaraderie with other warriors and warrior couples who get it. We promise, if this wasn’t worth it, we wouldn’t be doing it. So take a breath, pack your bags, and we’ll see you soon!

All Secure Foundation assists Special Operation combat veterans + their families heal from war trauma.
关于我们
All Secure Foundation was born from the real life struggle Tom CSM (R) and Jen faced when he stepped away from a life of service after 25 years in the Army, 20 in the most elite Special Operations unit, Delta Force, and into a now unfamiliar civilian world. Coping with physical, mental, and emotional pain on a daily basis created challenges and stresses that almost buried them both. Their love and commitment to each other pushed them to find sustainable ways to heal themselves physically first, which gave them the strength to begin healing mentally and emotionally as well. From that success came the determination to help others who struggle learn to dust off their hard won skills and apply them to living the best life possible, giving hope and purpose to the one next to them, and the next.

Growing up, many of us didn’t have the best role models for what it means to be a good parent, spouse, or even a decent human being. Maybe the adults in your life were absent, distant, or too caught up in their own struggles to teach you what love, patience, and sacrifice really looked like. So when it was your turn - when you became a spouse, a parent, a leader - you had to figure it out on your own. And it’s been tough. Tough on you, tough on your family. In this community, we hear it all the time- your family felt like you chose the mission over them. Because for a long time, that’s all you knew. The chaos of work was your comfort zone. But now, your mission is them. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that being a good partner, parent, and leader isn’t something you do alone. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself. We all need someone to show us how to lead with love, sacrifice without hesitation, and have the patience to give more than we thought possible. Mentors matter - whether they’re from your unit, your church, the gym, or your circle of friends. They offer the guidance and accountability we need to grow. Surround yourself with those who’ve walked this road before. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about progress. The best thing you can do for yourself and those you love is to find someone who’s been where you are and let them show you the way.

There’s something special about a handwritten note—especially when it’s just for her. When is the last time you flirted with your spouse? When is the last time you grabbed her some ‘just because’ flowers? What about a simple love note on a Post-it? All of these are small acts of love that can create big waves of connection. Sometimes, this is all it takes to remind her that you see her, that you love her, and that she’s still your priority. It’s a simple gesture that can light up her whole day. Even if you are going through it right now, taking a moment to do something small but meaningful for her can shift the mood and bring you closer. Relationships are built on those little moments that show you care—don’t let them slip by.

You can know all the coping skills, and understand the psychology, and you have access to every tool in the book—but when the weight of it hits, none of that guarantees an easy way out. Depression doesn’t respond to logic. It doesn’t care how much you know. And in our world, where the answer to everything is to push harder, do more, and outthink the problem, this can feel like a losing battle. Maybe healing isn’t about fixing or figuring it out alone—it’s about allowing. Allowing yourself to acknowledge the weight instead of stuffing it down. Allowing yourself to reach out BEFORE you hit the breaking point. If you’re struggling and fall under the mission of care at All Secure Foundation, you don’t have to go through this alone. You’ll be paired with a coach who truly understands—someone who gets "it" and has helped countless others just like you navigate through it. Don’t hesitate to reach out. You don’t have to face all this by yourself.
