I created this artwork for All-In Milwaukee! I wanted to showcase how their contributions are shaping Milwaukee. I drew inspiration from the Milwaukee People's Flag as seen through the colors. I'm glad I finally get to share this with you all. I wouldn't have been able to go to college without their help and I'm glad I had this opportunity to make this artwork for them!

Yesterday I was honored as a recipient of the Milwaukee Area Professionals Chapter of NSBE Inspire scholarship. I met and connected with a lot of MAP executives, students, employers, and government officials. Have you heard of "Build-A-Bear"? Well, last week, our All-In Milwaukee Marquette University scholars took it to the next level with "Build Your Own Iggy"! It was a great evening - taking a break from studies - sharing a meal and building community... and an "Iggy!" We’re so thankful for our scholars who came together to make it such a fun campus social!

As we enter Thanksgiving week, I want to express my gratitude for the incredible All-In team, supportive partners, and visionary leadership. Above all, I am most thankful for the 500 amazing scholars I have the privilege of working with every day. Their dedication, passion, and resilience inspire me daily. Over the past month, we hosted seven Major & Career Exploration Workshops for our All-In Milwaukee first-year scholars! These sessions helped them reflect on their interests, explore campus majors, and gain tools to research career paths. We’re proud to support our scholars as they shape their futures! A special shout-out to the career centers at Carroll University, Marquette University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater! Thank you for sharing your resources and playing a role in AIM's mission to support each scholar in completing college, building careers, and transforming Milwaukee.

Last week, some of our dedicated Milwaukee School of Engineering scholars took a well-deserved break for a cozy movie night, hosted by our All-In Milwaukee Scholar Advisor, Amanda Rex! It was a fantastic evening to unwind, recharge, and share some laughs together before finals season kicks into high gear.

Today, we proudly celebrate First-Generation College Students! Fifty-nine years ago, the Higher Education Act was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson, creating federal financial aid and paving the way for millions to pursue higher education. This landmark act has opened doors, invested in futures, and expanded opportunities. At All-In Milwaukee, we’re honored to support 500+ college students — 87% of whom are the first in their families to attend college. These students are pioneers, dreamers, explorers, innovators, groundbreakers, and leaders.
