I created this artwork for All-In Milwaukee! I wanted to showcase how their contributions are shaping Milwaukee. I drew inspiration from the Milwaukee People's Flag as seen through the colors. I'm glad I finally get to share this with you all. I wouldn't have been able to go to college without their help and I'm glad I had this opportunity to make this artwork for them!

关于我们
All-In Milwaukee (“AIM”) is a college-completion program that includes financial aid and extensive advising, program, and career development support for Milwaukee students to excel through college and matriculate into the Milwaukee workforce. AIM’s ongoing goal is to change the odds for graduates and develop a diverse middle class for Milwaukee. AIM Success Statistics: - 500+ college students from Milwaukee (freshman through senior) are 100% limited-income, 98% students of color, and 86% first-generation college students. The average family taxable for the scholars in the program is under $40,000. - 87% of all scholars that have started college with AIM persist and are fully enrolled in college. - 87% of the students meet the AIM academic requirement of a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better and are on track to graduate in six or fewer years. - 86% of the students have no student debt thanks to the university packages AIM negotiates and the “last dollar” scholarships AIM provides. - 87% of graduates who have secured a job or are pursuing graduate school are doing so in Wisconsin.

Yesterday I was honored as a recipient of the Milwaukee Area Professionals Chapter of NSBE Inspire scholarship. I met and connected with a lot of MAP executives, students, employers, and government officials. Key takeaways from David Crowley; “The three T’s: Time, Talent, and Treasure.” “Don’t hesitate to seek inspiration. Don’t hesitate to seek a mentor. We have to inspire one another… you never know who’s paying attention…. you never know who’s going to be inspired by your story.” Thank you Milwaukee Area Professionals Chapter of NSBE for this opportunity! forever representing Rufus King High School, Milwaukee School of Engineering, All-In Milwaukee, NACME Inc

Have you heard of "Build-A-Bear"? Well, last week, our All-In Milwaukee Marquette University scholars took it to the next level with "Build Your Own Iggy"! It was a great evening - taking a break from studies - sharing a meal and building community... and an "Iggy!" We’re so thankful for our scholars who came together to make it such a fun campus social!

Over the past month, we hosted seven Major & Career Exploration Workshops for our All-In Milwaukee first-year scholars! These sessions helped them reflect on their interests, explore campus majors, and gain tools to research career paths. We’re proud to support our scholars as they shape their futures! A special shout-out to the career centers at Carroll University, Marquette University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater! Thank you for sharing your resources and playing a role in AIM's mission to support each scholar in completing college, building careers, and transforming Milwaukee.

Today, we proudly celebrate First-Generation College Students! Fifty-nine years ago, the Higher Education Act was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson, creating federal financial aid and paving the way for millions to pursue higher education. This landmark act has opened doors, invested in futures, and expanded opportunities. At All-In Milwaukee, we’re honored to support 500+ college students — 87% of whom are the first in their families to attend college. These students are pioneers, dreamers, explorers, innovators, groundbreakers, and leaders. We’re inspired by their dedication and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make in our community and beyond! #completecollege #buildcareers #transformmilwaukee
