? ALL CARE GROUP COMPANY (Riyadh, since 2009) – in the market of medical services + supplying pharmaceutical & medical devices. Since 2020 – investment in the localization of medical industries in Saudi Arabia. BUSINESS STRUCTURE: (1) Private Clinics & Pharmacy Stores – we own 13 private clinics and 20 pharmacy stores over all Kingdom, including the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. (2) Home Care – we provide home care medical services for private customers (within high-class segment). Our company “All Care for Home Care” is the largest provider of home care services in the Middle East. It is our joint venture with the company “All Care”, USA. (3) Medical Contracting – we are running government’s facilities such as two rehabilitation hospitals (in Riyadh and Diriyah cities), as well, we’re running the nursing homes for senior people, male and female, and kids – over 37 facilities across the Kingdom. (4) Long-term Care Hospital – this year, we launch a new hospital (now, in the final stage of equipment) – for long-term care of patients who can’t get medical services at home (final stages of oncology, hard diseases, senior people who need round-clock medical services). – This is a new business in the Middle East. We are the second company to ever win a license for this type of business from MOH (Saudi Ministry of Health). (5) Pharma & Medical Devices – for government bidding, we import and supply vaccines, as well as vitamin injections for private hospitals and pharmacies. We also export the same items + oxygen and local medicines to neighboring countries. In the medical device sector, we import and sell connect-bones brackets; and medical disposable items. (6) Asset Management & Investment – we are purchasing shares in small and medium companies, and taking them to IPO to become listed companies in the stock market. We are also running fund equity for stock market NOMU (for SMEs), and for investment in the healthcare sector opportunities out of IPO.
