This is why we studied what was missing within hospice services and implemented programs to address that need. ?? ?We have found language barriers are a HUGE cause of stress for families who cannot understand English which then causes lapses in hospice care for their loved ones. ?We have found that our many of our patients and families truly need a Home Health Aide for more time/days. ?We have found admitting an emergent patient immediately is best for the patient and family.
