We are off and running to HR 2025! As we step into 2025, putting our best HR foot forward, these five HR Trends are at the forefront of the minds of business owners; or at least should be. Each of these HR trends has advanced and continues to advance in the best and brightest workplaces, whether large or small. They are key indicators of what companies view as a priority for their employees. We are seeing organizations that hold no shame for significant impacts, or the lack thereof, on the health and well-being of their employees. Companies like Walmart, for example, and other companies, have no shame when pulling back on DEI; when they were all too happy to "add" DEI when it was used as a "ploy", rather than the "right thing to do" for the betterment of their employees. The infographic shows how and why business owners will do well in acknowledging and updating their efforts to make sure these five important HR Trends are practiced in their workplace culture to improve employee engagement and the overall well-being of their employees.
