Today, our Principal brian laubenthal attended ULI Arizona’s 20th Annual Trends Day at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge. This premier event brings together industry leaders to explore the future of real estate and land use, covering key trends shaping the built environment. Brian values this event for the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals who are dedicated to responsible and thoughtful development, shaping communities with care and purpose. Throughout the day he was able to connect with industry peers, including Lorenzo (Lawrence) Perez from VENUE PROJECTS, LLC and Brandon Fadden with Constructed Matter, Inc. as well as the Ardebili Engineering LLC team—Matt, Jenna, and Christian. We’re excited to integrate the insights we learned today into our work at ALINE, continuing to craft spaces that enhance how people live, work, and connect.

Sparrow: An upscale, elevated restaurant brought to you by Sky Restaurant Concepts that will be located at the Trailhead Shopping Center in Peoria, blending aesthetics with an american eclectic dining experience. 3. Esplanade Projects: Three unique restaurant concepts—Camello, Tavern 151, and Little Pickle—coming to life in the heart of Phoenix. 4. Northside Development: Exciting new project that will redefine the area with innovative designs and community-focused spaces. 5. Paris Baguette - A new three-story building featuring Paris Baguette on the ground floor, overflow seating and a balcony on the second, and a three-bedroom residential unit on the top.
