?? Bayard Rustin was the architect of the 1963 March on Washington and a champion for both civil rights and LGBTQ+ equality. As a Black, openly gay man, he stood at the intersection of many identities and fought tirelessly for justice. Rustin’s story challenges us to embrace diversity in all its forms and to stand up for what’s right—no matter the cost.
