At Aligned at Work?, we specialize in bringing great leadership together with diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.     ?? Bayard Rustin was the architect of the 1963 March on Washington and a champion for both civil rights and LGBTQ+ equality. As a Black, openly gay man, he stood at the intersection of many identities and fought tirelessly for justice. Rustin’s story challenges us to embrace diversity in all its forms and to stand up for what’s right—no matter the cost. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women, but it’s also largely preventable with the right lifestyle choices and support systems. ?? Business leaders: Here’s how you can make a difference: 1?? Promote Physical Activity: Offer walking meetings, subsidize gym memberships, or set up wellness challenges to encourage movement. 2??
