Had a founder come to Alif Summit and walk away with an extra $250k... Masoud A.?(Alif Batch 0) struck up a convo with one of the VCs that was at our conference. 10 minutes later, he came up to me and said he just opened his fundraise. Two days later, I got this text. Incredible things happen when you put smart people in a room together.

That's a wrap on Alif Summit. We set out 2 months ago with one goal: to bring the brightest Muslim builders from across the world under one roof. And we did it to prove a point — that as a community, it's time to raise the bar of what we think we're capable of. To move beyond trying to build the best "Muslim" version of anything, and shoot directly for building the best. And this weekend, it felt like we made real progress towards that. Proud of the team - Afra Nehal and Mir Ali Zain - along with all the creatives and event staff that put countless hours into pulling this off with us. Ty to everyone who came by. Alhamdulilah
