A few takeaways from the Hunter Hotel Investments Conference that we attended this week: 1. Amazing conference providing us with lots of face time with hotel developers, brand champions, general contractors and anyone who values the hospitality industry in the Southeast. We will be back to ATL next year! 2. Although new construction may remain in the same state of unsurety for the foreseeable future, we are happy to hear that renovations will continue to press on & we welcome any opportunities that head our way. Please let us help you or your contacts, renovations are where we thrive! 3. Short term rentals are where it’s at! These investments have been progressing at rates that are hard to comprehend. We are excited to be on a few projects of the like already and hope to connect with more opportunities in the near future! Let us show you how your property can provide an impressive ROI!

6 Months of Alicia.Design Collective (Yes, That’s A-L-I-C-I-A-D-O-T-D-E-S-I-G-N)! We've learned to abbreviate, when appropriate to "A.DC" and we love the connection that has to Architecture, Design and Construction! We can't believe it’s been half a year already! Time flies when you’re having fun! From giggles over coffee to heartfelt moments where we celebrate wins (and support each other through the tough stuff), this journey has been more than just work—it’s been about building a creative, safe, and joyful space to do what we love together. Oh, and yes, people still spell Alicia’s name wrong—and honestly? We’re kind of into it now. It just wouldn’t be the same without those creative interpretations. ?? Mondays are for Morgan! ?? The Collective wouldn't be the same without our Senior Interior Designer, Morgan Lee. She has been with Alicia for close to three years and inspires the team daily with her endless creativity. Morgan holds us to a higher standard with regard to design and we are grateful for her originality and resourcefulness! ?? In her downtime, Morgan loves exploring new destinations ??, discovering great restaurants, or relaxing at home with her Jack Russell Terrier, Charlie, and their newly adopted sister pup, Chessie! ??

Meet the Collective: Christy Chapman We are proud to introduce our Senior Project Manager whom is NCIDQ certified and a registered interior designer here in NC. Christy brings a wealth of leadership to the table. Her “never again” approach & easy going mentorship helps guide our team through many challenges on a daily basis. Beyond her work at the firm, Christy is a passionate animal advocate, caring for 6 large breed rescue dogs, and recently dedicated her time off to support victims of Hurricane Helene in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We are grateful for Christy’s heart & passion for interior architecture & design.
