    Have you ever stepped inside a mine? A better question might be, why are we planning to film in this one? In October 2024, we embarked on a two-year documentary journey with The Wright Center for Community Health, a trailblazing healthcare organization in Scranton, PA, fighting to serve its community while pushing back against corporate healthcare.?But to truly understand The Wright Center, we first need to understand its community, the people who shaped it. To tell this story, we’re going back to the mid-1970s, a time when the industries of Northeast Pennsylvania dictated not just the economy, but the region’s medical needs. A shortage of doctors with the expertise to treat miners and their families led to the creation of The Wright Center, an institution born out of necessity and built to serve. We are blessed to be on this storytelling journey with some true crusaders, stay tuned for more updates!

  • You need a feature piece for your company… But you want more, such as: - engaging short-form content that drives social users to the main feature. - additional testimonials to have for future use. - eye-catching slo-mo shots of your product or service in action. The good news? You can have it all within the same project scope if you plan for it with your production partner. They should guide you through these options, but if they don’t, be sure to ask. For Central Sod Farms, this short piece was one of many created in addition to their main feature. We collaborated with the client to explore all the content possibilities beyond their initial request, maximizing their investment and storytelling impact.

  • What do your company luncheons look like? A Client of ours wanted to bring more awareness to their lunch catering program, so we created a video with a "boring" version of lunch before highlighting their full lunch catering experience. On a side note, this is no knock against pizza luncheons, we LOVE pizza as much as the next human being, but, this was a fun way to showcase HOW GOOD our clients food and experience really is.

  • This scrumptious little clip… …was just one of many high-quality, product videos we created for a restaurant’s menu. The client’s request was simple: "Come in and film short product videos so we can share them on socials all year." Easy enough, right? But we didn’t stop there.... That same day, we captured behind-the-scenes stories with the Chef, highlighting the dishes he was most excited about. We also filmed authentic testimonials from both customers and employees. And to top it off, we created a stunning video banner for their website, a seamless compilation of product shots featuring that sexy, slow-motion footage you see the moment you land on the web page. Filmed all in a days' work... (but, we showed up EXTRA early in the morning, as to not disrupt the actual business from taking care of their customers). We get it, so come get it.

  • Use Humor in Media—If You Dare... Because let’s be honest, no one wants to sit through another corporate video that feels like a slog. Humor keeps things light, makes your brand memorable, and your potential clients would much rather laugh than yawn while you help solve their problems. Case in point: A few years back, we created this 90-second ad for a local tree company in Maryland. Prestige Tree Experts didn’t just show up....they delivered hilarious and authentic performances. Not only did their customers love the commercial, we are 99% sure the team had a blast making it ??. You might even find yourself wishing Terry’s Total Trees was a real series...

  • It's out in the wild ?? Maryland Tourism's Winter broadcast commercial is doing work! We completed this production last February for this Winter season, and what a season it has been so far! ? As always, so thankful to our friends at marriner marketing for choosing us as a production partner for this. What an arctic blast this was to work on!

  • Fun Fact - Know Your Audience Before Creating Content Your content ISN'T for everyone and that’s okay. Defining your audience helps you deliver messages that truly resonate with the people who NEED your information. For Example: Our client, HighT-Tech INC (a tech-driven manufacturing firm) has developed a groundbreaking energy-efficient heating system. With industry awards under their belt, they share updates with peers, clients, and their network. Their success? They know their audience. By focusing on who they’re speaking to, their content hits the mark. Here is a quick snippet if you want to nerd out on their awesomeness (even if it isn't intended for you!)

  • How many assets can you get from this one short video? This is a restaurant 'space experience' video which we made for our clients over at Metropolitan Hospitality Group for their concept El-Bebe's website (https://www.el-bebe.com/). But, during the production of this piece, we captured numerous individual food and beverage items, which we transformed into separate product videos. Additionally, we accumulated a substantial amount of extra b-roll footage for the company's future use, and lastly, we extracted multiple 6K screen grabs from the video footage, providing the client with high-resolution photographs ideal for social media. So, make sure you are getting the MOST out of your production partner on your media.

  • Mass timber construction, you say? An energy-efficient and innovative approach to high-rise and commercial buildings—right here in Baltimore? Tell me more!
