But here's what really matters: sustainable transformation starts with small, consistent changes. The 5 Pillars of Health (following the 80/20 principle - 20% effort for 80% results): ? Sleep ?     ?? This #GivingTuesday, I want to shine a light on an organization making a profound impact in Chester County - Community Warehouse Project (CWP). ?? The statistics speak volumes about their incredible work: ? Over 2,200 households served since 2017 ? 491 veterans supported ? 3,800 beds delivered to those in need ? 10-15 households furnished weekly I'm particularly moved by the remarkable leadership of Glenda Brion, who has built an organization that truly understands and addresses the needs of our local community. With 430 monthly volunteers and partnerships with over 100 service agencies, CWP is a testament to what community-driven change looks like. I'm proud to announce that Alice & Albert, Inc. has committed to supporting CWP's Bed Campaign. Research consistently shows that a good night's sleep is fundamental to health, education, and overall well-being. By providing beds to those in need, we're not just delivering furniture - we're delivering hope and dignity. Currently, CWP delivers more than 60 beds monthly to families in need. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps provide someone with the basic dignity of a good night's sleep. I invite my network to join this meaningful initiative.     "You are somebody." This powerful quote from my friend Gina Schaefer encapsulates the essence of community impact. It's not just about affirming our importance, but recognizing our power to make a difference. This sentiment resonates deeply as I reflect on the remarkable work of the Community Warehouse Project (CWP) in Chester County. We can't expect everything to be done for us or by others. We have the power to drive change, just like Glenda Brion did when she founded CWP. Seeing a gap in services for those transitioning into homes, she took action. And wow, has she made a difference! Since 2017, CWP has achieved incredible milestones: ? Served over 2,200 households ? Helped 491 veterans ? Delivered 3,800 beds ? Furnished 10-15 homes weekly This impact is possible thanks to 430 monthly volunteers and partnerships with over 100 service agencies in Chester County. Together, we're not just furnishing homes; we're building hope. ?? I've had the privilege of working with Glenda on some marketing initiatives, and her vision and ability to bring ideas to fruition are truly inspiring. Her talent for surrounding herself with dedicated individuals like Valerie Jester, Susan Weisbrot, Karen DiVincenzo and many more is key to CWP's success. Last week, I participated in CWP's 2nd Annual Ladies Night. There was something magical about the evening - women of all ages, from 21 to 91, coming together to be "somebody" and make a difference. I'm grateful Glenda reached out to me because I, too, want to be somebody who makes a difference. Through this experience, I'm learning that by giving, I'm receiving so much more. I'm becoming more involved in my community, connecting with wonderful people, and feeling energized by the act of doing good. As we approach the holiday season, consider supporting CWP's bed campaign.
