Last week, our Director of Brewery Operations, Ryan, and Head Brewer, Anthony, traveled to the Pacific Northwest to meet with our hop suppliers and select the hops for our beers over the coming year. A huge thank you to Hopsteiner, Yakima Chief Hops, Roy Farms, and Haas Hop Products for hosting us. We can’t wait to incorporate this year’s fresh harvest into our upcoming batches!
