Unfortunately, many of them go undiagnosed and untreated, with many turning to emergency rooms only to face long wait times for follow-up care. Alera Health is proud to announce that Integral Health Network of Southern Arizona (IHNSA), a ONEcare Network managed by Alera Health, in partnership with Banner – University Family Care, has achieved a 12.1% reduction in the 2023 Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) — a milestone that highlights the power of integrated care and collaborative partnerships in transforming healthcare outcomes. By leveraging innovative outreach strategies, data-driven coordination, and whole-person care, IHNSA engaged hard-to-reach populations, ensuring timely access to both medical and behavioral health services for some of Arizona's most vulnerable individuals. This achievement reflects our commitment to advancing value-based care models that not only improve health outcomes but also reduce healthcare costs — creating a more equitable and sustainable system for all. But his expertise doesn't stop there—Joseph is a true global citizen, having traveled to 47+ countries and speaking four languages fluently. His international perspective brings a unique edge to problem-solving, collaboration, and forward-thinking solutions. Fun Fact: Before excelling in Health IT, Joseph was a college track star ??♂?, specializing in the 100M, 200M, and 4x100 relay. With a personal best of 10.12 seconds in the 100 meters, his drive for excellence has always been evident—on the track and in the workplace. When he's not leading transformative IT projects, you can find Joseph playing soccer, spending time with family, or giving back to the community through volunteering.
