We understand that people’s lives extend beyond the workplace and we strive to provide Alectorians with what they need to care for themselves and their families. We offer a hybrid work environment to all office-based employees, and a high level of flexibility to those who are in the laboratory setting. We ask employees to only email and schedule meetings between normal business hours, hold weekly "Deep Work" time and a meeting-free lunch hour daily to enable uninterrupted focus time.
