Meet Shelley, whose journey from receptionist to Director of Internal Operations at Aldridge showcases her dedication, innovation, and leadership. Receptionist ?? Estimator ?? Project Manager ?? Facilities Manager ?? Director of Internal Operations Shelley joined Aldridge in 1982, starting as a receptionist and radio dispatcher. Her willingness to learn and grow led her to roles in estimating, project management, and eventually leading our HQ operations and fleet management. Today, as Shelley transitions into a mentor role, she’s guiding the implementation of a new ERP and Fleet Management System to support the next generation of Aldridge’s success. Outside of work, Shelley’s passion for aviation has taken her across the skies, flying medical missions, mentoring women pilots, and serving in leadership roles within The Ninety-Nines, an organization supporting women in aviation.
