I had the privilege of delivering the keynote address at the PLMA - Private Label Manufacturers Association Trade Show last week about how ALDI has approached its own ALDI-exclusive products for the past 50 years, and what #retailers need from suppliers to seize this moment. The key: obsessing over quality, innovating to excite shoppers, controlling costs, and keeping shoppers at the center of everything we do.
