We’re happy to share that Glenfarne Energy Transition, LLC’s export terminal Texas LNG has signed a non-binding Heads of Agreement with an affiliate of a top-tier credit-rated market participant for a long-term LNG free-on-board sale and purchase agreement for 0.5 million tonnes per annum of #LNG.

We’re happy to share that Glenfarne Energy Transition, LLC's export terminal, Texas LNG, has signed an additional Heads of Agreement with EQT Corporation for 1.5 million tonnes of #LNG (MTPA) bringing their total offtake from Texas LNG to 2.0 MTPA.
